Fast Question and Answer for Puersit Android TV Box:

When you buy PUERSIT TV Box, if you dont know it well, there are always have some questions to trouble you, maybe you can find answer in here.

 Q1. The box keeps buffering or after using the TV box for a period of time the operation becomes slower .

  1. First make the TV box close to Modulator as much as possible, then check if the channel is blocked.
  2. Clean up the memory, or just restore the factory settings in the settings, please note that you must clean up the memory regularly, too much occupied memory will also make the box buffering.

 Q2. Remote can't navigate on some Apps or can't use the forward and backward and pause function.

  1. a)  This is because these apps are mainly available for tablets and phones that have a touch screen setup or mouse. So find a key on the remote control with the mouse printed on it, press it to indicate that the cursor is closed, and then use the up and down keys on the remote control to move forward and backward.

 Q3: How do I download the APP?

  1. a) You can download APPS through Google Play Store or Google Browser
  2. b)You can download the "installation package" from the USB stick, then insert the USB stick into our TV box, open the usb page, select your installation package and click on it to download it.

 Q4. Apps can't be found on Google Play Store.

  1. X98PLUS set-top box has pre-installed Youtube, Google Play, Netflix, KD Play, Google browser.And you can download through google play store
  2. If you can't find the app on the Google Play Store, just search for "apkpure" or download the app "APKPure" or you can contact us and we can provide an apk installer for you. If you still can't find the software you want, you can contact us (Email- aftersales@puersit.com )and we will tell you how to download it.

 Q5. Netf-Cannot Update.

  1. a)  Most of the android tv boxes are not support it because of the copyright issues, we pre-install it that can work, but it won't work once updated or re-installed. We can offer you a new version of it.

 Q6. How to open HDR settings?

  1. a)  The default display setting is auto, please turn it on in the settings when watching HDR video.

 Q7. Can the system language be changed?

  1. Sure,You can switch languages in the system settings, The box support 20 kinds of language such as English/German/French/Spanish /Italian.

 Q8.How to get a code

  1. a) We don't offer a code, but you can apply for one on the Nifty or YouTube websites by following the steps on the website.
